What I Did
Started with what people value, not who they are.
Not demographics — psychographics. The insight: the Princess traveler, at their core, values depth over breadth, presence over performance, connection over collection. Trying to feel something, not check destinations off a list.
That insight led to Nowstalgia, a brand philosophy rooted in the Golden Age of Travel — the early jet age, when travel was first democratized and genuinely a special occasion. Borrowing that emotional language was a strategic reframe: travel can feel like that again. Princess can make it feel like that.
I led the agency workshops that surfaced the brand's differentiators, developed the positioning and voice framework, and directed the visual identity overhaul. The work that followed ran six concurrent workstreams.
